The New OmiScan-II from Omitec is packed with a whole host of vehicle manufacturer coverage and system coverage and more importantly is now housed in a state of the art handset which is both ergonomic and robust for tough garage use.
The new OmiScan was born from ‘Plug and Play’ philosophy which has made the New OmiScan-II easy to use and easy to update. This, combined with the fact that it is supplied with only one cable (that fits all), makes the OmiScan-II an excellent diagnostic choice for any garage.

The new OmiScan-II covers 31 vehicle manufacturers in depth, including the following systems:-
EMS, TPMS, ABS, SRS, DSC, ESP, electronic parking brakes, service light reset, immobiliser, body control, transmission, security, door management, climate control, light control modules, electronic suspension, cruise control, park distance control, electro–hydraulic power steering,
particulate filter and steering angle sensor - with more applications coming shortly.

All hardware is built into the handset which enables one cable to connect to all post 1996 vehicles fitted with a 16-pin connector. All CAN communications and multiplexing are dealt with internally and alleviate the need for extra harnesses when used on post 1996 vehicles.
